ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Position Summary: The OTG Paid Summer Internship allows students to have an immersive, hands-on learning experience within OTG Management at our New York Office. The Intern will be assigned to one of the following parts of the business: Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Management. The Intern will support the department by working on (but not limited to) special projects and initiatives.   Responsibilities and Project List:  Learn and uphold the organization's values, philosophy, ethics, integrity, and code of conduct Assist with various projects and research, as requested by the department Learn the ROB (rhythm of business) Special Projects might include: Skills assessment and Career Matrix support Recruiting support, AI implementation, Skill based role setup in Dayforce Instructional design support, draft documentation, and communication, course reporting and analysis, intranet updates/enhancements, webinar production support Interview/hiring event support Learn key functions and update/provide input based on Ceridian Dayforce, our HR (Human Resources) system Provide administrative support to the assigned department, as needed   Qualifications and Requirements: Enrolled in an Associate or bachelor's Program in an accredited College or University, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communication Knowledge of HRIS (HR Information System) or HCM systems is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task  High levels of initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to take constructive feedback Successful in both an independent and team-oriented work environment Strong work ethic and integrity, with high energy and a positive attitude   Preferred Qualifications: Hospitality and customer experience oriented Previous experience/knowledge working in a position with high confidentiality Experience working within a cross-functional team  Pay rate: $20 per hour.
