This position reports to the Regional Vice President of the Southern Region and will be located in Charlotte, NC.
The successful candidate will analyze and report on business performance of the Southern Region operations to include the interpretation of financial reports, researching accounting issues, and providing monthly variance analyses. Candidate will establish and maintain monthly P&L forecasts and identify associated risks and opportunities; working with general managers and regional general managers, identify and evaluate revenue and profit growth opportunities and present recommendations to senior management. He/she will also: provide training and counseling to non-financial managers within the branches; will apply finance and accounting standards to the business; assess conformance to standards and enhance financial controls; provide a systematic review of large sets of operating data to include hours worked, efficiencies, callbacks, and unit demographics to assist line managers in their decision making.

Education
A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required. A master's degree in finance or accounting would be preferred.
Qualifications
This position requires strong analytical skills, independent action, and thorough knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
A thorough expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow analysis is essential.
Strong verbal communication coupled with presentation delivery skills.
Effective interpersonal skills to build working relationships with general managers and senior leadership throughout NAA.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Demonstrated customer focus.
Travel
Ability to travel up to 30%
