The Plant Manager will be in charge of supervising daily operations, determining the general layout of a facility and creating work schedules for the employees. Responsibilities:
- Develops manufacturing processes and procedures of each plant.
- Implement new policies and practices.
- Manage production and distribution of products.
- Manage quality control of products.
- Oversee inventory and purchasing.
- Make sure that plants meet targets for product yield.
- Ensure that the production process is implemented across all departments.
- Perform regular plant maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $59,590.93 - $75,000.00 per year
