What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workstation Support Technician position at OTSi?
Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for Workstation Support Technician.
This will be on-site in Kansas City. Core hours are Monday through Friday 7am -4pm CST with some flexibility, and opportunities for OT. There may be opportunities for remote work, but primary work will be performed on-site.
Skills & abilities required:
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience minimum 2 years as a workstation support technician or in a similar technical support role.
- Familiarity with DNS, Active Directory and VPN.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a Windows environment.
