Certified Pre-K Lead Teacher

What you bring as a Team Member:
All Pre-K Teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten using the provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care including mealtime, changing/potty training, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system. Pre-K Lead Teachers will oversee classroom management and the daily tasks of junior team members. You will also assist the Assistant Director and Director in classroom and facility management as directed to ensure state Pre-K requirements are being met in and out of the classroom.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older. Must have high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of experience, or CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Child Care related major and 6 months of experience.
- Must be Pre-K Certified
Pay: Hourly or Salary based on state Pre-K requirements for Assistant/Lead Teachers, compensation commensurate with education/experience/state requirements.
