Brunch Server

Otus Supply is flipping it to Side-B. We are launching our brand new brunch menu and we are looking for servers to join our team and bring quality service to our guests!

Servers are primarily responsible at Otus Supply for bringing excellent service to our guests, as well as knowing our "Chef Inspired Mama's Cooking" food menu and our incredible craft cocktail list. For this role, you should have excellent organization skills, a general knowledge of craft cocktails and beer, and of course be an absolute team player. It also doesn't hurt if you are a live music fan, as Otus Supply hosts live music as often as possible.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and guiding them through our menu
• Provide accurate knowledge of our menus and specials
• Take accurate orders from guests, also have the ability to upsell
• Have the ability to work with our house POS system to enter orders
• Work as a squad with your fellow servers
• Be able to raise your hand if you have an issues
• Deliver the food and drinks of your tables, as well as helping your coworkers
• Maintain a clean and appropriate work attire
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
• Welcome guests back and build your own customer base
• Have fun while doing it all!

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Server
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Experience in managing reservations
• Demonstrable customer-service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills to keep your section and tables orderly
• Availability to work in shifts as needed
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
