As a Contact Center Representative, you and your team will provide OCCU's members with high-quality member service via phone, live chat, email, and secure messaging.

Your day may include:

  • Responding to member inquiries and performing relevant research
  • Processing loan payments, completing skip payment requests, ordering Visa cards, etc.
  • Providing information about OCCU products and services when it may be beneficial to the member and their specific needs
  • Assisting Contact Center Supervisor and eServices Manager with related duties as requested

You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Customer service experience
  • Call center experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bonus points if you have previous financial institution experience!

Salary Range- $17.96 - $22.45 an hour, DOE
