Direct Support Professional (Day Program)

Our House Inc. is seeking DSP's for our Day Programs located in Bridgewater, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching social skills, money skills, travel trainings, safety skills and self-advocacy Community integration
• Medication administration
• Personal grooming and hygiene
• Recreation
• Behavioral Supports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Computer literate (e-mail, web, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel)
• *New Jersey driver's license and a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation

Compensation/ Benefits:

• Pay rate is $17.50/hour

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM - 4:00PM

COVID-19 considerations:

• Employees are required to provide proof of full vaccination of COVID-19 (including COVID-19 Vaccine Booster if eligible) or submit to twice weekly testing as directed by Executive Order 252.
• Requirement to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a mask, as directed by CDC, OSHA, state and local authorities. All employees must wear masks, as directed, while working their shifts. PPE requirements are subject to change at any time.
