Oura Corporate Program Management Office is the glue amongst Business Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Support and Operations to ensure consistent delivery of key cross functional corporate initiatives at scale. Oura is a fast growing company with B2C and B2B channels, customers in over 100 countries, and operations in 3 locations. The ideal candidate is flexible but process oriented, and able to work at a fast-moving, growth-stage company. This individual is detail oriented and can hold others to a high standard. What you will do:
The Staff Program Manager for the IT & Compliance programs is responsible for driving the business transformation programs from cradle to grave. It will involve development of new processes and oversee planning, implementing and managing multiple programs. You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams and external partners to develop optimal solutions. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. You will also have a true hands-on approach, highly analytical skills, including ability to gain true insights from data and be an effective communicator.
Your Impact:
- Lead cross-functional teams and implement guidelines and procedures for launching compliance and IT programs. Ensure coordination with appropriate peer functions and leaders are factored into requirements gathering, planning, and execution of programs
- Help prioritize efforts and resources regarding multiple compliance initiatives.
- Identify opportunities where efforts can be applied synergistically across initiative.
- Actively work with the senior leadership team on changing priorities and facilitating resolution to compliance & IT issues.
- Foster a culture of data-driven program management, compliance excellence and exceptional execution
- Participate in efforts to promote Project Management best practices throughout the company
- Develop tooling and templates to support Program Managers
- Engage with stakeholders to remain on top of the latest developments within the organization
- Track compliance against the program management framework for defining goals, managing work cadence, and measuring impact that allows for consistency and scale
- Constantly innovate and improve programs and program management mechanisms, suggesting new ideas and best practices for improving the business and customer engagement
- Drive continuous process improvement and make our customer experience better than ever

We would love to have you on our team if you have any of the following, but don't worry too much if you don't fill all the requirements:
- A health care regulations enthusiast
- Degree(s) in a technical or business management related field with equivalent practical experience
- 10 years' experience in Product Operations Management, Technical Program Management and/or Strategy Operations at relevant technology companies
- Understanding and experience with software development life-cycle management and methodologies
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous growth phase startup environment
- Solid experience planning for and managing several large-scale, complex technical projects and coordinating cross functional project members to deliver quality results on time
- Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1 $190,000 - $200,000
- Region 2 $180,500 - $190,000
- Region 3 $171,000 - $180,000
- Region 4 $161,500 - $170,000
