About the Role:

As a Staff Marketing Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Ouro's Marketing team to enhance our analytics capabilities. Your primary goal will be to develop sophisticated forecasting and attribution models, contribute to our business intelligence efforts, and maximize marketing ROI by acquiring long-term, profitable customers. Working alongside our Head of Analytics and marketing leaders, you will play a critical role in driving significant business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quantitative models to provide actionable insights and influence key business decisions, supporting user growth and demand generation across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and retail channels.

  • Conduct deep analyses to determine the incremental value of marketing channels, optimize marketing spend across products and channels, and identify prospects with high long-term value.

  • Collaborate with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations, to define and execute the team's strategic roadmap.

  • Lead measurement, testing, and analysis of marketing initiatives, prioritizing based on impact and urgency.

  • Architect and manage essential data sets with the Analytics and Engineering teams to support marketing analytics and reporting.

  • Champion the use of models and experimentation, including A/B testing and multi-touch attribution, to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize ROI.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in analytics or decision science, with a strong focus on business intelligence.

  •  Experience in the payments industry is preferred.

  •  Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Power BI), SQL, and at least one programming language (Python/R).

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
