Harbour View Senior Living Facility is seeking a full-time or part time receptionist. Our receptionist is the face of our facility and the first point of contact for our residents and family members. The receptionist sets the tone for our senior living facility experience. The ideal candidates can multitask and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers telephone calls in a professional way, takes and delivers messages, or directs callers to the appropriate department.
  • Retrieves voicemail messages and forwards to appropriate personnel.
  • Answers general questions about the assisted living facility.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and directs them to appropriate personnel.
