Outerland is in search of an experienced irrigation technician to add to our team! Outerland's irrigation department seeks to install and maintain irrigation systems on high-end residential and commercial properties. Our properties include some of the largest and most beautiful estates on Cape Cod! Our techs are supplied with their own truck and tools, and are given continual training to keep their skills in top shape!
Job Duties:
- Monitor and assist in scheduling for a book of business for irrigation services
- Engage and coach a small team of irrigation technicians to perform at Outerland's high standards
- Inspect, monitor, and repair irrigation systems including troubleshooting, purchasing of parts, installation, and set-up
- Perform start-up and winterization services
- Program Irrigation system controllers and instruct clients on their system
- Communicating with clients about the specifics of their irrigation system and watering needs
Job Requirements:
- Irrigation Experience (2 yrs required), Leadership experience a plus
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of irrigation systems
- Drivers License
- Ability to lift ~50lbs
- Regular kneeling/crouching
- Good Communication Skills
- Enthusiasm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
