Senior Brand & Marketing Designer

With groundbreaking products providing new sources of inspiration and sound; here at Output, we are on an endless journey to revolutionize the way creators make music. 

Since raising a $45 million Series A investment, the Output team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand and Marketing designer to help us shape the future of music creation.

This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will work closely with product marketers, content managers, and product designers throughout every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to final delivery.

How you'll add value:

• Your unique skills of motion, 3D, brand and interaction design will help evolve and elevate Output branded experiences
• Work closely with the content and marketing team to create new, innovative and beautiful work that inspires and empowers people to create music
• Partner with design leadership and our Art Director, to help elevate the Output experience across brand, interaction, motion and content
• Relentless attention to detail that leads to shipping pixel perfect work
• Influence and help create best practices on how we create and operate our digital ecosystem
• Bring out of the box ideas to the table

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• 5 years of proven experience in fast-paced marketing environments
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-quality brand, marketing, interaction,
  and motion work
• Have strong opinions, while also seeking out constructive input
• Expertise in best in class design patterns, and know how to use them to help scale marketing design efforts
• Appreciation of the entire user journey as it applies to marketing—from viewing and interacting with marketing content through to sign-up or purchase
• Ability to closely collaborate with your partners
• Take ownership; you’re a self-starter and enjoy driving projects from beginning to end
• Working knowledge of the correct tools to realize your vision. The team currently uses After Effects, Protopie, Figma, Photoshop, Jira and other key tools
• Experience in music production is a plus
