DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Order office supplies, print services, medical equipment/supplies, and other items.
Maintain the daily finance log for incoming cash, checks and money orders.
Conduct contract negotiations and provide technical support for agency cell phones, copy and fax machines and postage meter.
Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team and Managers as needed.
Facilitate vendor contracts and utilization of services, including: record storage, water deliveries, and shipping and courier services.
Maintain corporate files, administrative policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain data processing procedures related to administrative services.
Facilitate scheduling and use of shared conference rooms and audiovisual equipment.
Assist with travel arrangements for staff attending trainings, conferences and meetings.
Assist with coordination of on and off site meetings, trainings and special events, including scheduling, minutes, venues, catering and audiovisual equipment.
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
Assist with donor relations and grant applications/reports as needed.
Answer phone and greet visitors when the receptionist is not present.
Assist with mail and fax distribution.
Complete special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelors Degree and a minimum of two years related experience; or a combination of commensurate education and experience.
