Responsibilities :
As a caregiver at Outreach Health, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of others. Your attention to detail, caring heart and empathetic nature will allow you to provide exceptional care to our clients.
Key responsibilities include :
- Companionship, engaging in lively conversations, and providing assistance to create a positive and supportive environment for our clients.
- Meal preparation, grocery shopping, housekeeping, and laundry to ensure a structured and comfortable living space.
- Personal care, attending to the individual needs of our clients with a focus on maintaining their dignity.
- Medication reminders, watching for health changes, and effectively communicating any concerns to the appropriate parties.
Requirements :
To succeed in this role, you will need :
- Empathy and a people-oriented mindset, effortlessly understanding others' emotions and perspectives.
- Authorization to work in the US and a successful background check.
- Reliable transportation to fulfill work duties.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships and effectively engage with clients.

- Must clock in / out using HHAX app as required by the State of Texas.
