Outreach is hiring a full-time Clinical Psychologist at Outreach Counseling Center, Carol Stream, to provide psychological testing and therapy to a culturally diverse population.

Responsibilities:
- The Clinical Psychologist provides psychological testing and maintains a caseload of individual, family, and/or group therapy cases.
- The Clinical Psychologist is responsible for follow-up coordination and linkage with other services and supports.
- The Clinical Psychologist is responsible for clinical documentation needed for billing services.
- The Clinical Psychologist will have opportunities to supervise doctoral psychology students for psychological testing and/or therapy cases.
- The Clinical Psychologist will participate in assessment and consultation team meetings and counseling staffing.
- This position reports to the Assessment Clinic Director.
- This position offers an opportunity to grow in leadership and responsibilities over time.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, with some evenings to meet clients' needs. Scheduling flexibility available.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or School Psychology.
- Illinois licensure (or Illinois license eligible) required.
- Advanced skills in psychological testing and counseling.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Sensitivity to the needs of a low-income, culturally diverse population.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Strong leadership skills. Previous staff/intern supervision experience preferred.
