The Role:
Outreach is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join the Revenue Operations team responsible for tasks related to the maintenance, enhancement, and upkeep of Salesforce and other related go-to-market technologies. The ideal candidate will leverage experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce to design creative solutions, be an analytical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication skills and technical curiosity, thrive in a fast paced environment, have a strong desire for automation and continuous improvement, and partner with leadership to build systems and processes that support a high growth company.
About the Team:
We live and breathe automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement at Outreach. This position will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of Salesforce, as well as continuously improving the platform to enable our growth. You will work closely with the entire Revenue Operations team and stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and more to ensure core processes and systems continue to evolve and grow with Outreach.

We are open to hiring this role fully remote. This role is eligible to be hired in the states that we have Outreach employees
\n- Serve as the primary system administrator and junior developer for Salesforce with 900 users
- Handle all administrative functions including enhancements to role hierarchy, page layouts, workflows, integrations and more
- Complete regular internal system audits, prepare for upgrades, assist with ongoing tech debt
- Manage integrations with Salesforce; including Outreach, Zendesk, Docusign, and other solutions
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Work with the Revenue Operations team to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Assist in training of new team members, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is required
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
- Experience with Outreach, Jira, Confluence, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Zuora, CPQ, Financial Force, and other Sales tools a plus
- Experience working with a SaaS/subscription based sales model preferred
The base salary range for this role is $80K-$140K. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
