Duties include registration, phone calls, checkouts, and provide general information to the guests. Job Requirements: Must have at least one year customer service experience, be computer literate, have 10-key by touch skills, and be able to type 30 wpm. Must also have excellent communication skills, and be able to work any shift and day. Bilingual speaking ability in English/Chinese or English/Korean preferred.
