MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong writing, editing, research, communication, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and with a team, meet deadlines effectively and multitask.
- Knowledge of Adobe design suite programs such as photoshop, acrobat, InDesign, and Lightroom.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Possess a positive attitude, is reliable and works well with others.
- Expert level graphic design skills in Adobe design suite programs such as photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
- Database management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Power Point, Word, Excel, and MS Outlook).
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma
- College graduate, preferably with BA/BS in English, Communications, or Journalism or similar concentration; or equivalent work experience.
WORK SCHEDULE
Up to 40 hours per week. May be required to work overtime hours as needed to complete assignment or project. May require flexible work schedule. May be required to work extended workdays frequently.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy.
Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time to be 10%.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in an office environment the majority of the time. Long hours may be needed by project demand.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time. Moderate to extended periods of office work with heavy periods of computer usage.
