Job Summary:
We're seeking a full-time entry-level engineer for our Los Angeles office. We are interested in a candidate that has the capacity to grow, is a quick learner, is detail-oriented, is a committed team player, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Successful candidates will have an opportunity to work on a variety of tasks of differing complexities, both independently and in team environments, learning directly from leaders in the industry.

Essential Functions:
Manage and Coordinate Activities Necessary for the completion of a project (100%)
Provides general, entry-level support to the engineering department.
Identifies potential areas of product improvement; recommends and assists with development of appropriate solutions.
Ensures compliance with applicable company and client quality requirements in all assigned programs, functions, products, and areas.
Identifies and reports problems with specific processes or products to senior engineers.
Documenting each phase of the project
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Requires knowledge of engineering practices and concepts, cost analysis, and applicable policies.
Requires ability to plan and manage workload so that assignments are completed on time and in proper priority.
Moderate to advanced computer knowledge.
Knowledge of spreadsheets and database analysis tools.
Education and Experience (Required & Preferred):
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Required
Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification Desired
0-2 years of relevant work experience desired.
PAY SCALE:
$67,000 - $74,000
