Position Description:
Overaa Construction is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our IT Team overseeing our extensive network environment of over 300 users.
Responsibilities include:
- Help manage/monitor our IT Ticketing System: Assign tickets, update end-users on ticket status, monitor ticketing system, and provide first-level support.
- Provide IT Help Desk Support: Troubleshoot IT issues such as computer setup/issues, printer setup/issues, software installs, and other IT equipment support at the main office, satellite office and jobsites.
- Manage Jobsite IT Requests: Help provide IT support for remote jobsites including local network setups, printer issues, hardware and software issues and remote connectivity issues.
- Help maintain/manage our IT Asset Database: Help track and manage IT equipment at the jobsite and office.
- Help setup and maintain iPhones, iPads, Computers, and Laptops for users.
- Help manage network security such as anti-virus and cyber security solutions.
- Help maintain all IT Desktop Phone System - ie, Ring Central
- Help maintain and Troubleshoot all network connections, routers, switches, access points and wiring.
- Help maintain all gate, door, and building security access systems.
- Help maintain MDM Solution
- Help maintain workstation and Laptop OS Builds using Intune.
- Work on Project based IT initiatives.
Skills:
- Must have minimum 3 years of computer and network experience
- Help desk knowledge
- Citrix knowledge helpful
- Viewpoint Construction Software a plus
- Construction knowledge a plus
- Experience with Cyber Security
- Must have excellent communication skills

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
The position requires work in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and talk or hear. The employee occasionally is required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 25 lbs.
This is a full-time, exempt position, expected to work the hours required to be successful in this position.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $ 65,000 to $85,000 per year. This does not include bonus compensation or other benefits such as health, disability, life, retirement or other benefits which may impact total compensation. The actual offered salary to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to skill set, experience, education, qualifications, and location. This salary range is subject to future modification.
