Job description
Overflowworks.com is a rapidly growing direct marketing company in need of an exceptional Office Assistant. This part-time position carries highly sensitive and important tasks as you will be responsible for accurately documenting inbound funds for our marketing campaigns. Your ability to crunch numbers and stay on task will set the stage for your productive day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, receive packages and distribute mail
- Assign incoming funds to the proper campaign
- Communicate daily receivables reports
- Process, document incoming checks
- Manage breakroom and supply inventory
- Assist Office Manager with various tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Word Office
- Salesforce (a plus but not required)
- General accounting knowledge
- Work both independently and collaboratively
- Work well under pressure
- Teachable
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
5 hours per day between 10AM and 3PM

This is an entry-level position in a rapidly growing company. Ability for growth into various roles is encouraged but not required.
