This position participates in the design and implementation of the recruitment and retention programs for Overlake Medical Center and Clinics. Responsibilities include working directly with managers and the public in recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring the most qualified applicants for the open positions in accordance with employment law requirements. Job duties are conducted in a manner which includes excellence in customer service and a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or recruitment support required. Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Bargaining unit experience preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical roles, care models and clinical scheduling patterns preferred. Strong skills in organization, written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations, and problem solving. Ability to engage key stakeholders. Demonstrated computer skills including word processing, data collection, compilation, and report writing. Knowledge of employment laws is essential. Excellent customer service skills required.
- This is an exempt position which requires a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional commitments outside of normal business hours. This position is in a typical office environment with no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
- SHRM national certification (SPHR/PHR) preferred.
