Job Description: While working at Overseas Organix, you will work as a team to be a face in the company, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring that our products are packaged and shipped efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person to provide support and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Process orders and requests from customers with a positive attitude.
• Package and ship orders, ensuring that each order is correct, and is securely and properly prepared for transit.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep records of important customer interactions, transactions and feedback.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Work closely with other team members to identify and implement improvements to the customer service and shipping process.
• Maintain an organized workspace throughout your shift, as well as working as a team after your shift to clean the entire workspace. Cleaning the workspace can include organizing and putting away workspace items and tools, wiping tables and sweeping the floors.
• Assisting in product production and product packaging. Assisting will include filling and labeling powders, vials, all and future product selections.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21
• High school diploma (College AA preferred)
• Be familiar or have common Kratom knowledge
• Has reliable transportation
• Experience in E-commerce ( Very preferred but open to hiring without)
• The ability to be a quick learner, have self-drive, and performs well under pressure.
• Has practical skills, etc basic math skills, computer skills, problem solving skills, and common sense.
• You MUST be experienced in customer service
