What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Office Manager position at Overstreet Landscape & Hydroseeding, Inc.?
Established Contractor (30 years) looking for a qualified individual to assist in daily office management tasks. Preferred experience in Contracting field. Must have basic bookkeeping skills. Familiar with Quick Books pro, Excel, Word. Must be able to take direction well and possess good people/communication skills. Working with employee files, prequalifications, accounts receivables and payable, payroll, scheduling, etc. Fast-paced atmosphere at times. 2-3 days per week min. hours are negotiable, hourly wage, DOE, benefits. The employer will provide "In-House" training. Individual must possess current ODL. Pleasant workplace surroundings.
$20- $ 25.00 per hour DOE
