Studio Producer
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the launch of daily, live content broadcast from Overtime’s Studio in Brooklyn.
- Work out of our studio 5 days a week.
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure every broadcast is run as efficiently as possible.
- We will produce approximately 10 hours of content a week and the Studio Producer will lead all prep for it. This includes, but is not limited to, creating show run downs, writing scripts, booking guests, pitching segments and directing each episode.
- Collaborate with our content team to research our audience and make constant adjustments to garner viewership.
Who You Are:
- 3 years experience leading studio broadcasts.
- Experience writing, producing and directing.
- Exemplary organizational and communication skills.
- Self starter who enjoys working with small teams and taking on lots of responsibility to push our studio initiative forward.
- A firm understanding of the digital broadcast industry with experience reading retention charts and studying the analytics of major social platforms.
- An appreciation for all things sports and popular culture with a focus on Gen Z.

Overtime expects the salary range for this role to be $80-90,000 annually plus benefits and equity in the company.
