What are the responsibilities and job description for the Xpression & LED Design Manager position at Overtime?
What You'll Do
- Manage the day to day design, management and operations of Overtime Elite Arena’s Xpression Tessera and Dashboard control systems
- Work with Overtime’s design team on creation and implementation of graphics and animations for OTE games, 3rd party events, and internal needs
- Operate Xpression/Dashboard system for OTE Games, OTX Boxing, Overtime Select and OTE Arena events
- Work closely with the sponsorship team to fulfill the request of our corporate partners’ LED content
- Perform quality control checks for all content within the Xpression LED environment
- Implement file management structure
- Assist with maintenance and software upgrades of system
- Assist with other Overtime and Overtime Elite projects and productions as assigned
- Continuously searching new and creative avenues to progress the Tessera system at OTE
- 5 years of Ross Xpression and Ross Dashboard operation, management and design
- Must have extensive knowledge of Ross Xpression ecosystem: Tessera, Dashboard, DataLinq, INcoder, and PowerPlay
- Must have extensive experience in video production
- Strong knowledge of graphic design and animation software: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and illustrator. 3D design experience preferred
- Ability to work irregular/weekend hours
- You’re comfortable wearing many hats and working under pressure
- You have a positive attitude and know how to foster a collaborative environment
- Your organization and communication skills are ELITE
- You have incredible attention-to-detail and don’t mind juggling 20 projects at once
- Knowledge of basketball statistics preferred
- Some travel may be required
