Must Haves'
- Minimum of 5 years experience in data-related roles, with a focus on DataOps or AIOps leadership. Proven track record in implementing these practices.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, AI technologies and automation tools,
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.
What the Client needs you to Do:
The role involves developing and executing a robust DataOps strategy to enhance data analytics through agile and collaborative practices. This includes overseeing data quality frameworks, implementing data versioning practices, conducting regular audits, and championing data governance integration. It also entails fostering a culture of data accountability and leading the AIOps initiative to automate system monitoring and enhance performance analysis. Continuous improvement is emphasized, leveraging real-time data and AI insights to optimize operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify opportunities for process automation and AI applications that align with business objectives. Additionally, metrics and KPIs are developed to measure the effectiveness of DataOps and AIOps initiatives.
