Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, construction management, or project coordination.
Duties:
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Review and interpret electrical schematics and system designs
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or Primavera for efficient project tracking
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for electrical projects
- Manage change orders and resolve any project-related issues
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in electrical project management within the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools
- Strong understanding of electrical systems design and build processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Proficiency in ProCore, Prolog, or Primavera software
- Experience in construction estimating
- Knowledge of contract management processes
