Our Juvenile Team Members aren't simply staff who go check on kids to see how they are doing. We are a HANDS ON, boots on the ground kind of staff with excellent outcomes because we truly believe every child wants more, can do more, and needs that extra push from a dedicated staff member to hold them accountable and pave the way.
