The Role
The Office/Parts/Inventory Administrator will work closely with the Branch, Project, and Service Manager to oversee and assist with all related office, parts, and inventory duties. The ideal candidate will have previous office, warehouse, and inventory experience; preferably in a service or construction environment. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Able to receive, ship, and track inventory.
- Occasionally perform front desk / reception duties – includes answering phones.
- Process counter sales.
- Periodically provide administrative support to field technicians.
- Assist with creating and updating service calls.
- Various data entry functions – includes scanning and filing documents.
- Operating forklift.
- Occasional part deliveries to field personnel.
- Any other duties or responsibilities, as assigned.

- Perform basic computer and system functions at an above average level.
- Shows organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Possess a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence.
