The Construction Project Manager (PM) role is to effectively manage all aspects of the construction from conception to completion. The PM will lead the team of architects, engineers, Inspectors, sub-contractor , superintendent, in house crews to effective management the team to complete the projects assigned to them in budget and on schedule. The PM builds long term relationships with customers serving their needs in the construction and engineering world.
The Role
Our ideal Maintenance Technician candidate will be someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity, and the chance to grow within the organization. The construction laborer is a full-time position. Starting wage will be based on accreditations and experience.
Functions
- Tile repairs
- Drywall patching
- Stucco patching
- Concrete/asphalt repairs
- Painting
- Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Tasks vary by day.
- General laborer duties
Requirements
- Experience in a commercial environment is a plus.
- Must be able independently without supervision.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
- Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
