Provide buyers with a transparent loan process and transparent execution of sales contracts. To expedite Operations in the Finance Department. Maintain communication with Finance Department and Lenders for quicker funding. Control deal jackets transitions between departments and proper retention.

Essential Functions:

  • Review Finance Approval, audit stipulations and contracts for accuracy to comply with lender requirements.
  • Explain and execute sales contracts with purchasing customers.
  • Audit deal jacket contracts
  • Educate customers of required stipulations to complete loan process.
  • Assist in the completion of specific dealer logs and tracking sheets.
  • Send questionable stipulations to be reviewed by finance company.
  • Package deal contracts to finance company specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
