Qualifications:
- Must have certification as School Psychologist (070) or be certified as a Pscyhologist (District will work with State Department of Education for Emergency Durational Certificate)
- Assesses the clinical needs of students with social/emotional/behavioral concerns
- Completes assessments as observations as necessary
- Develops and implements therapeutic counseling for groups and individuals
- Facilitates all PPT meetings
- Coordinates and facilities 504 meetings
- Participates as a member of the RTI team and provides consultative services for staff and families
- Previous experience in the public school setting preferred
- Comfortable presenting data to teachers, administrators, and Board of Education
- Other duties as determined by the administration
