TITLE: Yearbook AdviserSUMMARY: Reporting to the Building Principal, the Yearbook Adviser is responsible for overseeing the yearbook staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assigns student editors to help guide students with developing a theme for the yearbook, creating page layouts, and taking quality photos.Plays a large role with editing the entire book before it is submitted for print. Responsible for all book and ad purchases through the year.Oversees distribution of books at the end of the school year. Attends all Yearbook staff meetings.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Current member of the Oxford Education Association.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods; position oneself to demonstrate technique; move up to 25 lbs.
