Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Our banking client has a temporary contract need for a File Clerk.
This position will primarily involve performing inventory of collateral, organizing file room, and entering inventory data into a computer system. The successful candidate must be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities
- Conduct inventory of collateral documents and assets.
- Organize and maintain the file room to ensure efficient access to documents.
- Enter inventory data accurately and efficiently into computer system.
- Assist with any additional tasks related to file management and organization as needed.
- Adhere to confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a file clerk or similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work onsite (north hills area of Pittsburgh, PA)
Salary : $19 - $20
