Job Overview
Oxygen Forensics is looking for a Sales Operations Manager (SOM) to join our team, supporting our sales organization as a mid-level individual contributor. SOMs work directly with sales and marketing leadership teams, providing timely analytics and business insights to drive successful performance against established business metrics. The position is a trusted business advisor that serves as a critical member of our sales organizations, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in data & analytics, building complex Excel models and leveraging BI reporting while being able to effectively communicate with executive leaders to inspire change and performance to company targets.
Responsibilities for Sales Operations Manager
Work as a key member of the sales team, providing timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
Drive business change by developing a keen understanding of the business, identifying core focus areas through data driven insights, and building trust with business partners
Partner with the sales and marketing to craft and establish GTM strategy, the modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota setting
Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams
Track, analyze, report and make recommendations based on sales data
Create and manage reports and dashboards in CRM (Zoho) for various stakeholders across the business.
Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data
Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
Monitor and assist with customer retention
Train staff on new technology and software
Qualifications for Sales Operations Manager
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
At least two years of experience working in a cyber security or digital forensic company
5 years related work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry
Foundational excel modeling capabilities like advanced formula writing (vlookup, xlookup, nested IF statements, Index Match, etc), pivot tables, etc Strong strategy, planning, organizational and multitasking skills; that can be proven through a case interview
Solid mathematical aptitude and ability to turn data into insights & actions
A problem solver with the ability to identify solutions to complex business issues
Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel & PowerPoint

Preferred Skills and Experience
Zoho and/or Sales Loft CRM Administrator Experience - 1 Years
Salesloft and/or Outreach Sales Engagement Admin Experience 1 Years
Collaborative real-world experience between sales, marketing and delivery
Technology/Software Sales Operations Experience
Location
DC preferred but Remote will be considered for qualified candidates
