Job Overview

Oxygen Forensics is looking for a Sales Operations Manager (SOM) to join our team, supporting our sales organization as a mid-level individual contributor. SOMs work directly with sales and marketing leadership teams, providing timely analytics and business insights to drive successful performance against established business metrics. The position is a trusted business advisor that serves as a critical member of our sales organizations, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in data & analytics, building complex Excel models and leveraging BI reporting while being able to effectively communicate with executive leaders to inspire change and performance to company targets.


Responsibilities for Sales Operations Manager

  • Work as a key member of the sales team, providing timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
  • Drive business change by developing a keen understanding of the business, identifying core focus areas through data driven insights, and building trust with business partners
  • Partner with the sales and marketing to craft and establish GTM strategy, the modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota setting
  • Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams
  • Track, analyze, report and make recommendations based on sales data
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards in CRM (Zoho) for various stakeholders across the business.
  • Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
  • Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data
  • Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
  • Monitor and assist with customer retention
  • Train staff on new technology and software

Qualifications for Sales Operations Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
  • At least two years of experience working in a cyber security or digital forensic company
  • 5 years related work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry
  • Foundational excel modeling capabilities like advanced formula writing (vlookup, xlookup, nested IF statements, Index Match, etc), pivot tables, etc Strong strategy, planning, organizational and multitasking skills; that can be proven through a case interview
  • Solid mathematical aptitude and ability to turn data into insights & actions
  • A problem solver with the ability to identify solutions to complex business issues
  • Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Zoho and/or Sales Loft CRM Administrator Experience - 1 Years
  • Salesloft and/or Outreach Sales Engagement Admin Experience 1 Years
  • Collaborative real-world experience between sales, marketing and delivery
  • Technology/Software Sales Operations Experience

Location

  • DC preferred but Remote will be considered for qualified candidates
