Brief description of ideal candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent and prefer 1-2 years’ experience.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with clients
Self-Motivated, willing and able to work independently
Ability to communicate clearly, exhibit patience, and have professional & pleasant phone etiquette
Ability to take initiative and work well with others including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, team members, and vendors.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask and handle all situations professional
Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excl).
Must be flexible and have a positive attitude.
Familiarity and working knowledge of general office machines (i.e. fax, copier, printers, etc.) required.
Strong attention to detail.
Duties:
Answer phones in a professional manner and is able to capture pertinent information to take messages and route incoming calls to proper person
Greet clients in person and create a welcoming and clean space
Routinely open orders, label folders, and organize documentation
Assist in compiling post-closing packages
Write emails, thank you notes, and other correspondence to clients
Perform additional tasks needed from supervisor team
