POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Regional Childcare Director at Ozarks Regional YMCA maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals.
Responsible for the development, organization, and implementation of high-quality programs and events in areas of Before & After School childcare, School Days Out, Summer Day Camp, Family, and all childcare-related departments. Additionally, provides leadership to ensure that all services offered through the ORYMCA meet the member-centric standards set by the organization. The Regional Childcare Director will work with our mission and policies as a team player to further advance School Age Services’ strategies for the association. This critical role is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and supervising an age and developmentally-appropriate curriculum for the children and families we serve in programs delivered across the association, with a primary focus on the outlying branch sites. It is expected that an average work week will exceed 40 hours to accomplish the assigned duties. The incumbent must demonstrate our four core values: Caring, Respect, Honesty, and Responsibility.

Salary : $34,100 - $43,200
