Operations Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will play a key role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize operational performance
- Oversee and coordinate various departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive work environment
- Manage profit loss by analyzing financial data and implementing cost-saving measures
- Lead project management initiatives, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans
- Identify business development opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders

Experience:
Managerial experience with different-sized teams (5 years or better).

Operational experience: Dispatch, Order generation, inventory management, vendor management, Customer service oriented, Contracts and Invoicing (USA and México).

100% Fluent in English and Spanish

Computer Systems Engineer or similar degree (Great Plus).

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (all versions), Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visio, WordPerfect, Web Browsers, e-Automate (plus).

Experience with data servers and PC repair (Plus).
