CACI is seeking a Financial Audit Advisor - with an active Secret or higher clearance, for Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation support
Areas of Responsibilities:
· Assist with Audit Response and Sustainment initiatives at Client Site
· Develop and update business process narratives, desk guides and applicable business process flow maps utilizing Microsoft Office, Visio, and Adobe Pro
· Work with Cross-Functional Departments to develop Business Process Improvement Plans
· Conduct research and advise client on various aspects of financial management, accounting/budgeting operations, internal control environment, policies and procedures, OMB A-123 initiatives, and financial/ERP systems
· Support Command’s remediation efforts to include implementation of CAPs arising from audit NFRs
· Review policy and instructions issued by higher authoritative Agencies to advise on compliance
· Conduct RCAs on IPA-issued NFRs to develop CAPs which identify gaps in internal controls and process effectiveness
· Develop and monitor CAPs with appropriate milestones to support effective deficiency remediation at the Ech III level
· Leverage process improvements and lessons learned from DoD and DON Budget Submitting Offices, provide technical assistance in development of CAPs to address deficiencies, ensure audit sustainability, and validate the root cause of the deficiency is resolved
· Review and advise on issued policy and instructions by DoD and DON to interpret applicability to Client
· Assist in the development of ad hoc data calls and inquiries. Prepare client facing responses utilizing Microsoft Office, standardized/non-standardized templates, Microsoft Visio, Adobe Pro, etc.
· Track, manage, and report ad hoc audit response status to client
· Assist in developing/delivering FIAR training, implementation of audit tools, financial processes, system conversions and industry best practices
Qualifications:
· An active Secret or higher clearance
· Experience in audit response and remediation in accordance with GAAP and/or SFFAS
· Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years progressive accounting and/or business advisory/consulting experience with Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies
· Strong verbal and presentation skills, comfortable delivering work products to Senior Leadership
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in accounting, finance, or business from an accredited College or University
· Desire to be a collaborative team player who can advise the client in tandem with on-site team member
· Department of Navy (DoN) or United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) experience is highly desired.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$58,900.00 - $120,600.00As a federal contractor, CACI is subject to any federal vaccine mandates or other customer vaccination requirements. All new hires are required to report their vaccination status.
