CACI is seeking a CATMS task manager, Issuance tracker, Video telecom support, and records management support person for the National Leadership Command Capabilities (NLCC) office located in the Pentagon. CATMS is the web-based, CAC enabled, Correspondence and Action Tracking System (CATMS) used by WHS-OSD designed to process digital staff Action packages and Taskers (e.g. correspondence, executive notes, awards, data calls, directives, etc.).

What You’ll Get to Do:
- Support the director and NLCC action officers by managing the Correspondence and Action Tracking System (CATMS) system for the office, entering new internal taskers, ensuring current taskings are being worked, and closing taskers.
- Ensure CATMS entries and response are formatted and classified correctly.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts drafting policy documents, CATMS responses, and congressional correspondence ensuring proper formatting and clear writing is used.
- Provide Records Management support to ensure office documents are preserved according to DoD regulations and CIO guidance.
- Manage office printers, copiers, and other office automation tools.
- Become the team lead in Video Telecommunications (VTC) support including event scheduling and basic operations of NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS.
- Interact and coordinate meetings with Senior leaders within the DOD and federal agencies.
- Support Council Secretariat with basic administrative needs.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 10 years of relevant related military or federal task management experience.
- Self motivated hard charger that is comfortable with rapidly evolving changes in a highly visible dynamic environment.
- Strong working knowledge of DOD organization, military services, and major military staff operations.
- Knowledge of DOD and the various players (services, components, COCOMs, etc.) that are stakeholders in the Senior leader communications mission domains.
- Technical expertise and skills with office products (word, excel, teams etc).
- Working knowledge of CATMS or TMT.
- Basic understanding of Video Telecommunications (VTC) equipment.
- Strong writing skills in order to provide final briefing slide and correspondence and package reviews.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience using CATMS, the DoD tasking system.
- Familiar with Video Telecommunications (VTC) equipment and scheduling on NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS.
- Records Management experience.
