CACI is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in National Harbor, MD.
The Project Manager will provide project management support to the OCIO DE&I program. Primary duties include assisting with DE&I strategic outcomes, developing and organizing program activities, writing plans, internal and external communications, creating and publishing schedules, reports and articles, assisting with program and project budget formulation.
About the Role:
Responsible for the planning, management, coordinating and execution of project activities related to the customer’s diversity and inclusion strategy.
Responsible for the creation of project deliverables (project plan, requirements, roadmaps, forecast and demand planning, etc.).
Works cooperatively with stakeholder leads to plan and direct project tasks.
Manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules.
Establish working relationship with project sponsors and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to the customer’s process through all project phases (planning, requirements definition, design, development, integration, test, implementation).
Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 years of experience
5 Years of project management experience
Previous experience developing templates, SOPs and work instructions
Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)
Experience with Microsoft Project
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
