CACI is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in National Harbor, MD.

The Project Manager will provide project management support to the OCIO DE&I program. Primary duties include assisting with DE&I strategic outcomes, developing and organizing program activities, writing plans, internal and external communications, creating and publishing schedules, reports and articles, assisting with program and project budget formulation.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for the planning, management, coordinating and execution of project activities related to the customer’s diversity and inclusion strategy.

  • Responsible for the creation of project deliverables (project plan, requirements, roadmaps, forecast and demand planning, etc.).

  • Works cooperatively with stakeholder leads to plan and direct project tasks.

  • Manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules.

  • Establish working relationship with project sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to the customer’s process through all project phases (planning, requirements definition, design, development, integration, test, implementation).

  • Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 years of experience

  • 5 Years of project management experience

  • Previous experience developing templates, SOPs and work instructions

  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)

  • Experience with Microsoft Project

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification ​preferred
