Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients in the landscape industry. Your primary focus will be providing sales and enhancements in our Maintenance division along with providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the landscape industry
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
  • Coordinate and oversee landscape maintenance for assigned clients
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess the condition of landscapes and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive landscape management plans
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, including financials, project updates, and customer feedback

Experience:

  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of landscape management practices
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficient in using computer software for project management and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
