What You’ll Do
As the Office Manager, you will:
- Work closely with the Regional Directors of Operation, the doctor(s) and staff to assure that all of the business aspects of the practice are functioning in an orderly and proficient manner
- Partner with other corporate departments including human resources, and accounting
- Communicate with the company and practice philosophy through systems, problem solving and communication.
- Act as the main conduit of information between Regional Directors of Operation, doctor(s) and staff
- Create a positive work environment for team members
- Possess a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training preferred
