Regional Director of Operations - Illinois Region

P1 Dental Partners is growing, and we are looking for a smart and influential leader to join our team!

As P1 Dental Partners continues to grow in the Chicagoland area, we are ready to add a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to our team to oversee our Chicagoland practices and provide each with the support and guidance they need to succeed. This is an opportunity for you to leverage your experience in managing a large dental practice or group of practices and provide you with an opportunity to do something truly unique.

We are a patient-first, provider-led Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) with exceptional providers and team members that are focused on improving the lives of not only the patients we serve, but the team in which we are all part of.

The right person for this role will be someone with exceptional leadership skills; the ability to grow their teams in terms of skills and responsibilities; someone that has exceptional organizations skills; and that is results driven.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• 
  Overseeing the operations of our Chicagoland Practices.
• Helping guide the Office Manager(s) and Providers through their day-to-day issues while helping them position the practice for growth.
• Hiring and Building Great Teams.
• Helping the Company meet Financial Targets.
• Helping manage employees.
• Assisting in Training New Hires and Current Employees in Technology and Process improvements.
• Assisting in establishing Staffing Targets

To be successful we recommend that you have the following experience:

• 
  Large office or Practice Management experience with minimum total revenue responsibility of $1.5 million per year.
• 3 years of Leadership Experience; preferably as an Office Manager of a dental practice or Operations Leader of a dental organization
• Experience managing or working with P&Ls
• Deep understanding of the Dental industry either at the office level or with a DSO/DPO organization.
• The ability to travel regionally 3-4 times per week.
