We are always learning, always growing, and always pushing. We work in power generation equipment, defense, and oil & gas industries.

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and thorough Accounting Clerk to add to our Finance team. This role will start by primarily focusing on AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP (Accounts Payable) but will eventually learn other areas of accounting including Inventory, Payroll, and General Ledger. Our team works closely together in an agile and fast-paced environment and needs someone who is eager to apply their bookkeeping experience and Excel expertise to a new challenge. This role includes but is not limited to:

**Responsibilities

**

  • Process daily sales invoices with customers

  • Customer credit review and collections

  • AP vendor management

  • AP invoice processing 

  • Assist Controller with month end closings

**Requirements

**

  • Minimum of Associate’s degree in applicable field

  • 2 years of experience

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong organization skills

  • Outstanding communication skills

You should be proficient in:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Salary info:

$20 - $24 / hr
