Essential Duties
- Organizing and administrate operational meetings as needed, including senior management meetings.
- Assisting with training, implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Administration and Information Management.
- Prepares, edits (as needed), electronically stores, and monitors basic project management correspondence.
- Responds to requests from the field (submittals, drawings, general info., etc.)
- Responds to requests from Project & Service Managers.
- Orders and produces copies of plans and specifications, as needed.
- Manage and participate in corporate community and industry activities.
- Assist Executive President, Director of Training & Development, General Manager and Operations Manager:
- Special Projects
- Travel Arrangements
- Meetings
- Meal Coordination
- Service Reporting
- Expense Reports for Management
- Managerial Teamwork
- Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with Department to include providing timely, accurate and complete information.
- Coordinates with appropriate P1 Service departments for timely delivery of material and manpower resources.
- Provides timely, accurate, and complete information to the company’s senior leaders.
- Back up to Lead Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, and Service Coordinator duties as needed.
- Team Lead for BBQ
- Schedule & facilitate vendor visit lunch & learns.
Qualifications
- Education Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS) or five to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in operational or office manager position. Specific experience in the service or construction industry is preferred.
- Driving Requirements:
- Must be able to meet P1 Service qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business. Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- If driving a personal vehicle for business: Must have access to a well-maintained vehicle with an up to date registration with the local Department of Motor Vehicles. Both the incumbent and the vehicle must be currently covered on a personal insurance policy.

- Computer Skills: The incumbent must be proficient in using email, database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications: specifically Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows).
