About the Role

At P3 Adaptive the Director of Client Services leads a team of Principal Consultants in our mission to help our customers make rapid progress on their analytical capabilities and drive significant improvements within their business.

The Director of Client Services supports their team of Principal Consultants working alongside customers solving interesting challenges with Microsoft’s incredible analytics tools. We're looking for people with a knack for bringing out the best in others as they work with Power BI to build bridges between technology and organizational goals. We are actively hiring Directors with an intermediate or better working knowledge of both DAX and Power Query and experience coaching others in the Business Intelligence arena. If you are a data professional experienced in leading others who create compelling data stories in Power BI Desktop and have an improvement mindset, you would be a great fit for this position.

Role Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000
• On-Target Earnings: $165,000 with incentives

Required Skills

• Understanding of dimensional data models using Power BI
• Ability to coach Principal Consultants to achieve their best work
• Knowledge of Power BI capabilities and dimensional modeling

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 5 to 7 Principal Consultants
• Manage a portfolio of Active Projects
• Lead the Account Management function for assigned customers
• Support Client Services Leadership Quarterly Initiatives

Job Qualifications

• US Citizenship or Green Card (We don’t sponsor work visas)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Proven time and project management abilities
• Proven Leadership abilities
• Proven proficiency in DAX, Power Query, Report Development, Dimensional Modeling
• Proven ability to connect with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Insatiable curiosity and love of learning
• Nice-to-have: Prior Professional Services or Consulting
