Position: Vice President, Medical Affairs – California Market
Overall Purpose:
The Vice President, Medical Affairs is a physician leader that collaborates with the team to establish and drive the strategic direction and priorities for the California market. The primary objective will be to enhance the quality, safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of healthcare delivery in our market. This role will provide leadership in clinical initiatives aimed at improving patient services, quality and safety outcomes, physician alignment and satisfaction, and implementing evidence-based programs, practices, and activities that deliver exceptional quality, service, and financial results.

This position is based at our P3 Health Partner California office in Stockton, California, and will travel throughout the area to work with P3 staff and provider networks.
